To book a ride:
DOWNLOAD THE TAXI CALLER APP TO BOOK YOUR RIDE
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be able to enter the date/time of your request, your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses.
Please specify the number of people in your party so we know which vehicle can accommodate your group. You will receive a text confirmation message.
Estimated arrival times in the app may not be accurate and may be adjusted once the ride is dispatched.
PLEASE cancel if you no longer need the ride. Fees may be incurred for late cancellation or no-shows. We accept payment by cash or Venmo at the time of service, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Our primary service area is the Kennebunks. We may not always be able to accommodate surrounding towns. On-demand rides to/from Wells, Ogunquit, etc. will not be available on Friday/Saturday nights in the summer unless planned at least a week in advance!
Golf carts are limited to a two-mile radius from Dock Square & cannot travel on any road posted over 35 mph!
Golf cart service is weather-dependent, and based on availability.
Any of our vehicles may be assigned to your ride.

RULES OF CONDUCT
Fees may be incurred for late cancellations or no-shows.
Any passenger showing disrespect to our staff will be banned from using our services.
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they or any member in their party cause to our vehicles. Cleaning/Sanitization fees of $300-$500 will be charged if there is smoking, spilled liquids, excessive trash, or is someone gets sick in the vehicle.
If you are not ready at the time that your pickup or return trip was scheduled, your ride will be canceled and you will have to re-submit a ride request and wait in the queue for a driver to become available. We cannot possibly provide timely service if we do not adhere to a strict schedule. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding! Wait times will be charged at a premium rate.
Using the TaxiCaller app for booking will trigger SMS notifications about the status of your ride, therefore by using the booking app you are agreeing to receive those communications.
